Test, fix and gather honest feedback before your app goes live.

• Post a test task for 5 to 10 testers on your key flows
• Fix crashes and anything that blocks signup
• Check the app on older phones and small screens

• Run a bigger test with testers on the devices you support
• Ask for honest first impressions of your onboarding
• Get app store screenshots and listing copy ready

• Retest every fix from the earlier rounds
• Prepare a launch post and ask real people what they think
• Set up a way for users to send feedback inside the app

• Read every piece of feedback, good or bad
• Never pay for positive reviews or set star ratings
• Plan your next test for the first big update
