Terms of service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts or using automated tools to create accounts is not allowed and may lead to suspension of every linked account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password safe.

TaskCoast is a marketplace. We connect people who need tasks done ("Posters") with people who want to do them ("Taskers"), and businesses or creators who fund short online tasks ("Campaign creators") with people who complete them ("Earners").

TaskCoast is not a party to the agreement between a Poster and a Tasker. Taskers are independent and are not employees, agents or contractors of TaskCoast. We don't supervise or control how tasks are performed.

• Posters must describe tasks honestly, including any risks, access requirements and must-haves.
• Taskers must only make offers on tasks they are qualified, licensed (where required) and able to complete.
• When a Poster accepts an offer, the offer price is secured from the Poster's wallet and held until the task is completed or cancelled.
• When the Poster releases payment, the Tasker receives the offer price minus the service fee.
• If a task is cancelled before completion, any secured payment is returned to the Poster's wallet.
• Posters and Taskers can review each other after completion. Reviews must be honest and relevant.

• Campaign creators fund rewards up front, plus a platform fee. Unused funds for unfilled spots are refunded when a campaign is closed.
• Earners must follow each task's steps exactly and submit genuine proof. All engagement must reflect your real, honest opinion.
• We or the Campaign creator review each submission. Rejected submissions include a reason. Rewards for approved submissions are added to your wallet.
• Tasks must comply with the rules of the platform they relate to. We may remove any campaign that asks for fake, misleading or prohibited engagement.
• When you start a quick task your spot is reserved for a limited time. If the time runs out, the spot is released.

• Your wallet shows your available balance and a full history of earnings, payments, refunds and withdrawals.
• Fees are shown before you confirm any action. Current fees are described in our Fees guide.
• Our payment gateway is coming soon. Until it launches, withdrawals are reviewed and sent manually by our team, usually within 24 hours. Top ups shown as "demo credit" are for testing only and have no cash value.
• The minimum withdrawal is shown in your wallet. Crypto withdrawals can't be reversed, so you are responsible for entering a correct address and network.
• We may delay or decline a withdrawal to investigate suspected fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

You must not:

• Post or perform illegal, dangerous, discriminatory or adult tasks.
• Arrange payment outside TaskCoast for work found on TaskCoast.
• Create fake reviews, use bots or engagement farms, or submit copied or AI generated content as your own opinion.
• Harass, threaten or spam other members.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you're not authorised to access, or interfere with the Platform's security.
• Misuse our referral program, including self referrals.

You keep ownership of the content you post. You give TaskCoast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and promote the Platform. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the community at risk. You can close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us. Balances that are not the result of fraud or abuse can be withdrawn before closure.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TaskCoast is not liable for the conduct of members, the quality or safety of tasks, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to TaskCoast in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we'll try to help. Our team may review evidence from both sides and decide how secured funds should be handled. You agree to try to resolve disputes informally before taking any formal action.

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know through the Platform before they take effect. Continuing to use TaskCoast after that means you accept the updated Terms.
