Privacy policy.

You give us:

• Account details: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional phone number.
• Profile details: photo, bio, location (suburb level), skills and languages.
• Linked social accounts: platform and handle, used to match and verify quick tasks.
• Payout details: e-wallet email or number, UPI ID or crypto address.
• Content: tasks, offers, questions, messages, reviews and uploaded images, including proof screenshots.
• Support requests and feedback.

We collect automatically:

• Session and security information such as the browser you use and sign-in times.
• Activity on the Platform, like tasks viewed and actions taken, to keep things working and secure.

• To create and manage your account and show your public profile.
• To run tasks, offers, quick tasks, messaging, reviews and your wallet.
• To verify submissions, prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse.
• To process withdrawals to the destination you choose.
• To send notifications you've asked for, like new offers or task alerts.
• To improve the Platform and provide support.

Your name, photo, suburb, bio, skills, badges, reviews and the tasks you post are visible to other members. Your email, phone, payout details, wallet balance and private messages are never public. Proof screenshots are only visible to you, the campaign creator and our review team.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With other members as needed to complete a task (for example, the address of an assigned in-person task).
• With service providers who help us run the Platform, under strict confidentiality.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our members and TaskCoast.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are stored securely, private files are access controlled, and staff access is limited by role and logged. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password.

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, dispute and fraud prevention purposes. Then we delete or anonymise it.

• Update your profile and notification settings anytime.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by contacting us.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails with the link in any email.

TaskCoast is only for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
